About the role

As Operations Control Center (OCC) coordinator you are responsible for the day-to-day operation, flight following and flight preparations for our worldwide charter flights. You monitor each mission from planning to post-flight, ensuring safe, efficient and punctual operations at all times.

You actively monitor and secure a smooth turnaround worldwide for our flights, including the coordination of ground handling, refuelling, catering and other local services. This involves anticipating operational needs, resolving issues before they impact the operation, and keeping all stakeholders informed.

You coordinate all operational requirements between our customers, flight crews and ground handling partners across the globe, making sure every flight is prepared and executed in line with Fliteline’s standards. You are the central point of contact for all parties involved in the operation and you maintain clear, professional communication at all times.

During irregular operations or last-minute changes you remain in control, prioritising tasks and making sound decisions under time pressure. You are able to manage several flights and situations simultaneously, and you continue to deliver a high level of service even in stressful moments.

You maintain accurate operational documentation, logs and records, and ensure that all activities comply with applicable regulations and company procedures. By proactively identifying risks and sharing information, you contribute directly to the safety, reliability and customer satisfaction of Fliteline’s worldwide operations.

Skills and competencies

  • Good understanding of basic flight operations (flight planning, slots, ground handling, turnarounds) or the motivation to learn this quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several flights or tasks at the same time.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with operational data, timings and documentation.
  • Confident communication skills; you are comfortable coordinating with pilots, handling agents and customers.

Personal qualities

  • Aviation enthusiast with a proactive, hands-on mindset; you enjoy being “in the middle” of the operation.
  • Able to keep overview and stay calm in busy or stressful situations.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays when required by operations.
  • Team player with a service-minded attitude and a strong sense of responsibility for safety and reliability.
